1. What can I customize? 

Currently we offer limited customization. You should be able to see wether it meets the "customizable" requirements in the product description. It will also provide a description of what "modifications" will be done to it

2. How do I customize? 

Its very simple and easy! After browsing our luxurious collections, do the following:

  1. -Add products to cart
  2. -Click on "cart" (View Cart)
  3. -Click on "order special instructions"
  4. -Type "(Size) + (Color) + (Name)" for each product that requires a customization
  5. -Done, if you have any questions we'll be more than happy to help

3. What if I made a mistake on my order (like a typo or wrong design)?

No worries! If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at handalhousehq@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can make changes to your design or information. Unfortunately, once production has started, we may not be able to alter your order, so it's always best to double-check everything before finalizing your purchase.

4. Can I return or exchange personalized items?

Because our items are personalized with your unique designs or initials, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or error on our part. We carefully check all orders before sending them out to ensure the personalization is done correctly. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right.

5. How should I care for my personalized clothing?

To ensure your personalized clothing lasts, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each item. For most of our garments:

  • Wash inside out to product design
  • Use cold water to preserve the fabric and print or embroidery.
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat to prevent damage to the print or embroidery.
  • Iron on low heat if needed, and avoid ironing directly over printed or embroidered designs.

Always check the care label for specific instructions, as care may vary depending on the fabric and personalization type.

6. What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. If you believe your item is defective or there’s a mistake with your personalization, please contact us within [15] days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

7. Do you offer matching sets or collections for groups and teams?

Absolutely! If you're looking to outfit a team, event, or family with matching personalized clothing, we’ve got you covered. Whether it’s custom shirts for a family reunion or team jerseys for your sports league, we offer bulk ordering with customization options. Contact us directly to discuss your specific needs, and we’ll help you create the perfect set.

8. How long will it take to create and ship my order?

Once your order is placed, we generally require [2] business days to process and personalize your items. Shipping times will depend on the shipping method you select and your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped, so you can track your item every step of the way.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Once your order is placed, our team works quickly to start personalizing your items. If you realize you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at handalhousehq@gmail.com. We can accommodate changes only if the order hasn’t been processed yet. Unfortunately, once production begins, we're unable to modify or cancel orders.

10. What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

We take great care in ensuring our products are high quality, but in rare cases, items may arrive damaged or with defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within [15] days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with a replacement or full refund. Please include a photo of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.

11. Can I reorder the same personalized item?

Yes, if you love your personalized item and want to order more, simply log into your account and find your previous order. You’ll be able to reorder the same items or contact us to assist with reordering. We keep a record of all personalized designs, so reordering is easy!
